Awesome topic! I’m a volunteer leader in our student ministry. Lack of time is the issue. I am full time active duty Navy and taking seminary classes online. To focus on leading students I am reading Design to Lead by Eric Geiger and Kevin Peck. I recommend this to all volunteer leaders.
