I love the established church. In 2006, I started this blog as a place to give practical insights for established churches. I serve as the lead pastor of West Bradenton Baptist Church and the president of Church Answers. I have a wonderful wife, four fun children, the greatest dog ever, and a cat my daughters insisted on keeping.

I have a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Carolina, an M.A. in Missiology from Southern Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at Dallas Baptist University.
