What is on your tongue is often in your heart. Healing words are truthful and loving. Wounding words are untruthful and unloving. God’s wisdom gives us healing words.

Forbearance has been one of my guiding words, and I know of those times when it has been good for me and for the other person. But the worse part of me has been when I spoke harshly because it was on my mind, rather than being mindful of the other person. That has limited my success as a person and in a profession. It has been a defense mechanism, for what I do not know.
I’ve spoken my mind wrongly too many times as well. Thanks Ron.
