I am the pastor in a single staff church and I am the slash everything guy not because of a hero complex or for lack of trying to mentor and grow leaders. I have three weeks of vacation and I need them. I love my church, but I need time to just step away. It may never have been your intent in the podcast, but there was almost this feeling that if I wanted/ needed vacation that I should feel guilty.
